i need a new book
yesterday i went to two different bookstores.
another one today.
i thumbed through numerous books
read the back cover of mumerous more
all the books starring women are about empowerment.
all the books starring men are about the darkness of the human condition.
someone told me to read a biography, but i know how they all end...
the person dies.
whatever happened to fairy tales?
to knights in shining armor rescuing fair maidens?
to bad guys that were really bad?
to good guys that were actually good?
i want a book that reminds me to celebrate life.
that sorrounds me with its beautiful poetic words.
i want a book that takes me, shakes me, and makes me lose my thought.
i want a book that will change the way i see things.
i want to read a love story (though i would prefer to star in one.)
i want it to be like all the books that i love, but somehow entirely differant.
maybe i should write a book from all of my experiences.
but is the world really ready to learn all the secrets of making espresso?
if anyone has any recomendations let me know.
