im a tool
how much praise should a tool recieve?
when a carpenter builds something, everyone knows that it is the carpenter who does the building. yet people often praise the efficiency of the tool. "man thats a sharp saw earl. it cut that board real good."
so how much praise should a tool recieve?
when i preach or teach or sing (okay not sing)people give praise for how efficently God used me. i usually respond with the whole "im just a tool" bit.
how much praise should a tool recieve?
if i dont recieve praise do i reject their love?
if i reject their praise do i cause more attention to myself?
to compliment a tool is really a compliment to the one who sharpened it. i am just a tool. how much praise should a tool recieve?
